This beautiful wedding was one of my last for this season and it was perfect. The beautiful A was preparing for her day with her Mum and her two witnesses – they were so relaxed and so happy and so excited all at the same time, there really was an amazing feeling in the room. A’s white silk wedding dress designed by Max Chaoul was S.T.U.N.N.I.N.G, so gorgeous and so her ! Then to that magical dress add those shoes – bright pink and fabulous, a cheeky flash of colour. A & J had decided on a “first look” so they could spend some time just the two of them before all the hustle and bustle of the day started in earnest. Julien was waiting for her by the lakeside, and the emotion as he turned to see his beautiful bride approach was simply wonderful to see. We spent time in the gardens of the Chateau photographing them on their perfect wedding day, making images for them to keep forever …

BEAUTIFUL NANTUA WEDDING

Their day was happy from start to finish …. after their gorgeous first look they arrived hand in hand at the mairie in the village where J grew up. After the ceremony in a beautiful little church they walked out to incredibly romantic rose petal confetti …. but not just any “bought that morning” rose petals, no these had been collected and saved preciously from every bouquet of flowers J had ever given her ! The evening celebrations took place in a happy mixture of languages with a liberal helping of Hungarian eau de vie ! Huge congratulations to you both.
