Very beautiful wedding - Bandol - Photographe de Portrait & Mariage

What a very very oh so beautiful wedding at the Hotel Golf Dolce Fregate down in Bandol on the Cote d’Azur. I have known A&J for 3 or 4 years now and the beautiful A has helped me out as Bridesmaid “extra-ordinaire” at two previous weddings … but this time it was their wedding and it was AMAZING !!! They contacted me last year to ask if I was available for their wedding celebrations and I was thrilled to be able to say that I was. Then they told me where it would be ….wow ! A fabulous golf course resort hotel down on the Cote d’Azur and they were already planning to grab a golf buggy to go off around the course to take advantage of the stunning views for their couple photos. Wow, wow, WOW !

BEAUTIFUL WEDDING – DOLCE FREGATE, BANDOL

As I arrived for A’s getting ready shots the sky was that amazing clear azure blue that you only find down on the south coast … probably because the Mistral was gusting at 60-70km/h, did it bother the Happy Couple? No it didn’t, not at all ! The ceremony site was moved to a slightly more protected area by the One Day Event team and preps continued to make the day utterly beautiful. The bride-to-be looked radiant and beautiful and quite simply very very happy as she got ready with her wonderful bridesmaids and her lovely Mum. A glass of champagne later and it was time for the ceremony – it was the perfect ceremony for them, funny and beautiful. Beautiful bride? check – Gorgeous Groom? check – Amazing Ceremony ? Check ….. so now it’s time for their couple shots …. seriously with all the gorgeousness available it really wasn’t difficult to find a fabulous setting for this happy couple. We were whisked off in golf carts and driven around one of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever seen. There was the lake and fountain, or the vineyards with the Provence style houses in the background, the walk through the cedar trees, the amazing Tee 10 with the Med as a backdrop. Wow, wow, WOW !

A wonderful wedding cocktail in the last rays of the setting sun, a delicious dinner accompanied by a lot of heartfelt speeches, a great first dance and then the highly orchestrated and very very secret flash mob and it was time to leave them partying. A dream wedding for a truly amazing couple.
