[B]eautiful sunshine and blue skies were the order of the day for M & A’s gorgeous wedding at the Abbaye de Talloires on Lake Annecy.  It was a complete (and fabulous) surprise for everyone involved because when I checked the weather forecast at 1am it was still pessimistically showing rain, drizzle & storms … all day.  But Meteo France got it wrong – yipeeee – M& A had their dream day in a dream location with dream weather – how perfect is that (and what a dream wedding to photograph).  The happy couple have links to the beautiful little village of Talloires in Haute Savoie which meant that they could have their civil and religious ceremonies in the village – extra happiness !

GORGEOUS WEDDING – ABBAYE DE TALLOIRES, LAKE ANNECY

Our stunning Bride got ready (twice) with her best friends and her Mum and looked utterly beautiful in each of her wedding dresses.  For the civil wedding her gorgeous husband to be met her on the steps of the Abbaye with her wedding bouquet of beautiful summer paeonies and they wandered up through the village to the Mairie just the two of them … a very romantic moments calm before they were met with cheers of their guests. After the civil ceremony ‘M’ returned to the Abbaye to put on her fabulous wedding dress … simple, ultra stylish and wow, just wow !  A very handsome and dapper ‘A’ was waiting for her inside the church – proud and happy ahead of their ceremony.
