Oh how I loved this engagement shoot !  I had a huge smile on my face from the moment I saw a huge great bunch of colourful balloons heading towards me outside the Mairie at Annecy … then this gorgeous pair came into view with a rather fabulous orange bike.   Where shall we go ? … well to the merry-go-round on the Paquier of course – and that is where the fun and merriment started.  We walked across with C&B as the envy of every single small child we passed by as they strolled along with the balloons.  A couple of goes on the merry-go-round (without balloons – way too complicated), lots of laughter and then we were off to practice bike-riding along the edge of the canal without falling in … a skill they mastered with ease.

Once we had all the shots we wanted with the rather fabulous balloons this adorable couple made a whole load of small kids very very happy with a surprise balloon to take home. We finished by the lakeside – check out the matching umbrella & t-shirt, now that is definitely forward planning and attention to detail!

Thank you both for a truly fun and memorable afternoon, I haven’t laughed so much in ages – I cannot wait for your wedding it is going to be totally awesome !
